We had the chance to present and discuss insights into two of our ongoing research projects: Vivien Marx, Ingrid Wahl and Sabine Einwiller explained how employees interpret and evaluate diversity in various countries, demographics and organisations. Jens Hagelstein, Sabine Einwiller, Ingrid Wahl and Raphaela Stibor showed differences and similarities in corporate reporting on diversity and inclusion across the globe.
