At the 72. Annual ICA Conference in Paris (May 26.–30. 2022), Daniel Wolfgruber and Sabine Einwiller presented their paper titled „Perceived inclusion at the workplace and the propensity to stand one’s ground in conflict situations“, which deals with the conflict behavior of employees with and without diversity characteristics and the (potential) influence of the perceived working climate concerning diversity and inclusion on that behavior. For this paper Daniel Wolfgruber received the Top Student Paper Award 2022 from the Organizational Communication Division. Congtatulations!
