Following an inspiring EUPRERA conference in Lund, Ingrid made a two-week research visit at Aarhus BSS - Aarhus University. Together with Winni Johansen she worked on developing the Danish version of a scale that measures appreciation climate in the workplace - a project she is truly excited about. The project is funded by the Academic Society for Management & Communication and the Verein zur Förderung der Wirtschaftspsychologie. During her stay she had the pleasure of giving a talk about "Employee Appreciation: Why it matters and how to measure it"? marked by engaging discussions.
