Sofia Seidel Alvarez joined the Corporate Communication Research Group as a student research assistant in April 2022 and is working on the project "Diversity and Inclusion Communication as provocation? On dealing with critical voices on D&I measures and inclusive language".  She is currently studying Communication Science in the Master's program at the University of Vienna and holds a Bachelor's degree in European Ethnology and French from the Humboldt University of Berlin.
