Vivien Marx, BA MA, is an external coctoral candidate at the Department of Communication. Her dissertation, supervised by Univ.-Prof. Dr. Sabine Einwiller, examines how corporate communication can serve as a strategic lever to expand ans anchor understanding of diversity in organizations. She holds a BA in Marketing & Sales from FH Wien and an MA in Business & psychology from ferdinand Porsche FERNFH. Drawing on several years of professional experience in marketing and sales, she currently teaches and supervises students in Marketing, Communication, and Sales Strategy at FERNFH, where she's working as alecturer and researcher.
