Raphaela Stibor is a pre-doctoral researcher in the project "Taking a stance? Corporate communications on socio-political topics in the context of diverging and changing expectations." at the Department of Communication, University of Vienna. She previously worked as a teaching and research assistant with Prof. Dr. Sabine Einwiller and the Corporate Communication Research Group (CCom) as well as a student tutor for Communication Research Logics and Philosophy of Science.

She completed her MCs in Communication Science at the University of Vienna in October 2025 and holds bachelor's degree in Journalism and Communication Studies and Political Science. Her research interests include corporate and internal communication with a methodological focus on experimental and quantitativ research.
