Neda Ninova-Solovykh is a PhD student at the Department of Communication. Neda studied at the University of Vienna and wrote her master thesis about the instrumental use of internal communication in change management. After spending two and a half years in a leading consultancy for strategic communication and public relations, Neda returned to university with the idea to further support the knowledge transfer between science and practice. Her main research fields are strategic communication (management) and employee communication. As part of her dissertation she is currently examining the role of employee activists as organizational communicators and their potential to affect corporate reputation. Neda`s previous projects include an explorative study in cooperation with the Academic Society for Management & Communication on how organizations apply topic management as a strategic approach to corporate communication. Since 2019 Neda has been teaching quantitative methods and statistical data analysis.
