Effects of Employee Communication on Affiliation and Stakeholder Behavior

In the context of the project, the impact of employee communication by top managers, especially CEOs, executives and communication professionals in internal corporate communication, on stakeholders is examined. The focus of the investigation lies on the impact factors of affiliation and supportive behavior, both from employees (Subproject 1) and external stakeholders (including potential employees) (Subproject 2). To explore the relationships of impact, a survey and an experimental survey will be conducted.

 

The project is funded by the (Akademische Gesellschaft für Unternehmensführung und Kommunikation) based in Leipzig. The project duration is from August 2023 to July 2024.
