On July, 6th - 7th we hosted the Research Dialogue 2023, at the University of Vienna on the topic “Focus on employees: Scientific findings on internal communication”. Our team; Sabine Einwiller, Neda Ninova-Solovykh, Christopher Ruppel and Julia Stranzl, presented their scientific findings. The presentations focused on relationship management in virtual times, employee activism and how companies can communicate appreciation towards their employees. In the afternoon workshops, based on the previous presentations, providing space for further discussions, were offered. We enjoyed the successful exchange with all of the participants.
