Julia Stranzl was part of the CCOM team from 2020 to 2024. She completed her doctorate at the Institute of Communication at the University of Vienna on the topic of "Appreciation in the workplace". She is currently an assistant professor at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU), where she is continuing her work on organizational communication and employee communication in times of change and crisis.
