Neda Ninova-Solovykh was a pre-doctoral researcher at the Corporate Communication Research Group between 2019 and 2024. Her research interests included the fields of strategic communication, topic management, and employee communication. In 2025, Neda succussfully defended her doctoral thesis, which examines the communication behavior of employee activists and associated reputational risks. Neda, who has always been passionate about teaching, is currently undergoing a qualification process for becoming a certified trainer in adult education.
